A management board consultant with 22 years of experience in market strategy, brand building and innovation. In 2009 he founded Touchideas, a new kind of agency that combines management consulting, branding, design and implementation services under one roof.

Over his career Bartek led numerous strategic projects that contributed to successful business transformation and achieving outstanding results. The list includes: defining a portfolio strategy that helped SAB become the largest beer group in Poland, creating Dębowe Mocne, a brand that disrupted beer market in Poland, growth strategy and new sales experience for Rainbow Tours, which became the fastest growing tour-operator in Poland and jumped from 7th to 2nd place in the market, creating the first personalized bank account and marketing communication strategy that led to a successful rebranding of BZ WBK Bank to Santander, creating and launching a number of product brands that became category leaders in Poland and expanded to other countries: Ba! bars, Pan Pomidor fresh soups, Finuu premium butter and oil mix, Wawrzyniec vegetable spread, helping Maspex build their core brand, Tymbark, helping Rossmann drogery transform their brand and product portfolio, since 2018.

Previously he was a professional regatta sailor, winner of the Admiral’s Cup in 1998, Team USA.
