As a co-founder and creative director of BNA agency Wojtek created a number of iconic brand designs. His portfolio includes: mBank, Kaspi Bank (Kazakhstan), Eurokredit (Ukraine), Empik, Reserved, Radio Chilli Zet, Tyskie, Lech, nHDTV, Żywiec, Lotto, Ekstraklasa, Wirtualna Polska, O2, Onet and Żabka convenience stores.

Co-author of numerous award-winning projects in Europe (Epica, EDA), globally (USA: Creativity, Rebrand100, UK: Transform Awards) and in Poland (Złote Orły, KTR, Effie). Author of multiple trade media publications (Media&Marketing, Nowy Marketing, Marketer+, Harvard Business Review). Nominated to the Man of the Year 2002 award by the editors of the "Impact” magazine for the first national branding campaign logo of Poland. The only designer mentioned in “Who is who” Poland.

In 2019 Wojtek joined Touchideas with a mission of co-creating an agency specialized in retail branding.

Over the first year the agency conducted several strategic projects in areas of retail branding, brand building own brands creation and store re-modeling (Pepco, Eurocash, Plon Warsaw Napoli, Profi Group Romania and Rossmann).
