Rossmann is the largest drugstore chain in Central and Eastern Europe. It is well-known for its wide selection of products, convenient shopping experience and competitive prices. Rossmann aspired to be a destination where people can learn about new products and beauty and care trends.
While Rossmann stores were undergoing their most significant change in 25 years, with tens of thousands of new items added to their shelves, the company approached Touchideas to create a more engaging brand.
The statement 'We know each other well' emphasises empathy, Rossmann's personalised approach to customers, and its expertise in beauty and care. It highlights the close relationships that Rossmann has with its employees and customers, and the fact that its shops are always nearby or that the Rossmann app is always on hand.
We developed a new communication platform and strategic guidelines for the Rossmann brand for the coming years.
Five hundred and forty Rossmann sales assistants participated in Touchideas’ workshops. Store staff are shoppers’ trusted advisors and ‘neighbourhood friends’. Our aim was for everyone in the company to understand and embrace the evolution of the Rossmann philosophy.
