Rossmann is the largest drugstore chain in CEE. Rossmann is well-known for its wide selection of products, ease of shopping, and good prices. Rossmann aspired to be a destination for people to learn about new products and beauty and care trends.

While Rossmann stores were undergoing perhaps their most significant change in 25 years, with tens of thousands of new items added to their shelves, Rossmann approached Touchideas with the task of creating a more engaging brand.

The statement „We know each other well” emphasises empathy, Rossman’s personalised approach to customers, and beauty and care expertise. It emphasises close relationships with employees and customers, as well as Rossmann’s physical proximity to customers, with shops always nearby or the Rossmann’s app always on hand.

We developed the new communication platform and strategic guidelines for Rossman brand for the coming years.

540 Rossmann sale assistants participated in Touchideas’ workshops. Store staff are shoppers’ trusted advisors and ‚neighbourhood friends’. We wanted everyone in the company to understand and embrace the Rossmann philosophy’s evolution.
